Security Policy

Scent Trunk strongly values the security of its customers' personal information, especially their billing information. We do not store any credit card information on our servers and all transactions are managed through a secure connection to our outside authorization company. All subscription order charges are managed through this outside company as well, ensuring that your credit card information is protected from potential misuse.

Scent Trunk also does not store your password in a non-encrypted format, so not even our staff members will ever see what your password is. Due to this, in the event of being locked out of your account, all we can do is reset the password to a randomized set of characters sent directly to the email address associated with your account. We will be unable to unlock your account if you lose access to both your Scent Trunk password and email password.

We ask that all information regarding changes to your account be sent via email to us. The email will need to originate from the email address associated with your account in order to make any changes to your account. The only exception to this is to cancel your subscription or deactivate your account. In these cases you are free to call our support staff who will ask you for the email address associated with your account.
