You can cancel your order at any time by navigating to the "My Account" page, selecting your order and selecting "Stop Future Billing". You can also email support@scenttrunk.com or call 831-346-7234. All orders, including subscription, can be cancelled up until they have been shipped.

If you need to update your billing information, navigate to the "My Account" page, select your subscription order and "Update Billing Info". Follow the prompts.

We do not offer refunds on product, but if you sign up as a new customer with a subscription item, we offer a free replacement if you don't like your first product. All subsequent new items will be charged at the normal rate.

We offer subscriptions in two week, one month, and two month increments. Monthly orders are processed on the same day of the month that you sign up for the order. Two week orders are processed every 14 days starting on the day you sign up.

If you cancel an order after you are charged, but before it ships, please allow 5 business days to receive your refund.
